Privacy, plainly stated.
How OmniTech handles the information you share when you visit this website, send an inquiry or chat with our team.
1. Who we are
OmniTech (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“OmniTech”, “we”) is a power-electronics manufacturer at Fuan First Industrial City, 99 Dayang Road, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, China. For anything in this policy, contact sales@omnitechstar.com.
2. Information we collect
- Inquiry forms — the name, work email, company, product interest and message you submit.
- Chat — the name, email, company and messages you provide when you use the on-site chat.
- Correspondence — emails and messages you send to our sales team.
- Usage data — pages visited and approximate region, collected in aggregate. See section 5 for analytics and cookies.
3. How we use it
We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotations and samples, manage OEM/ODM programmes, keep our records in order, and improve how the website works. We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (analytics cookies, and submitting a form or chat message); steps taken at your request before entering a contract (quotations, samples, orders); and our legitimate interests in responding to business correspondence and keeping the site secure.
5. Cookies and analytics
Browsing this website does not require cookies, and we do not use advertising cookies. We use two analytics tools:
- Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless, aggregated page-view statistics; no personal profile is built.
- Google Analytics 4 — loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no Google scripts are loaded. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the page footer.
6. When we share information
We share data only with service providers that operate this website and our communications on our behalf — hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), file storage (Cloudflare R2), email delivery (Resend) and AI-assisted chat processing (DeepSeek) — and where the law requires disclosure. These providers act on our instructions.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country (for example in Singapore, the European Union or the United States). Where the law requires, we rely on the transfer safeguards made available by these providers, which include standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms.
8. How long we keep it
Inquiry and correspondence records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain business records. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the providers above.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal information we hold about you, object to processing, or withdraw consent (including for analytics cookies via Cookie settings). Write to sales@omnitechstar.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Security
We use organisational and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle, including encryption in transit between your browser and our services.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website evolves. The date at the top shows the latest revision; material changes will be reflected on this page.
