Why the catalogue looks like thisWe sell platforms we designed, not boxes we sourced
Most charging catalogues are assembled from three factories and a PDF. Ours is not. Every schematic, firmware build and safety file that leaves this building was made two floors above the SMT line that will run it.
That is why a firmware change takes nine days including a new sample, why a customs hold is answered with a file we already hold, and why we can put an engineer on a call rather than a translator reading from a script.
Engineering
A 45-person electronics team owns every schematic, PCB layout and firmware build we ship. Average 21 days from brief to functional sample.
Production
Fourteen lines across 18,400 m² — six high-speed SMT and eight semi-automated assembly, running to 900,000 units a month.
Quality
In-house EMC pre-scan, UN38.3 and IEC 62133 documentation, outgoing AQL 0.65. The certificates sit in our own legal name.
Smart Warehousing
Our digital warehouse management system brings greater visibility to material inventory and warehouse operations. Real-time dashboards support efficient stock tracking, organized material handling, and smoother coordination between warehousing and production.

Founded as a power supply contract manufacturer
Two engineers and one SMT line in Bao'an, building linear adapters for Shenzhen handset brands.

First own-design switching platform
We stopped building to other people's schematics and started shipping our own quick-charge platform to European distributors.
- 2018
GaN programme opens
A dedicated gallium nitride team and an on-site EMC pre-scan chamber cut development cycles roughly in half.

Battery line and UN38.3 capability
The CORE power bank family launches with air-transport documentation handled entirely in-house.
- 2024
PD 3.1 EPR and Qi2
VOLT 240 enters production as our first 240W platform; the FIELD family achieves Qi2 Magnetic Power Profile certification.
